In Northwest Arkansas, many neurodivergent adults face limited options after high school, often leading to isolation and unemployment. PerspectAbility is addressing this gap with RISE, our Transition Academy—a comprehensive, college-style program designed to empower neurodivergent adults with essential life, social, and job skills. Our academy offers a supportive environment where students can build independence, gain employment readiness, and foster meaningful community connections. We're committed to helping participants thrive in all aspects of adult life. Apply now: https://forms.gle/shWioQpae4afb7bg6
PerspectAbility was formally incorporated in July 2019, and that means we turn 5 YEARS OLD this month! Can you believe it?! Help us celebrate this HUGE milestone with a donation of any amount, then save and share the graphic below with friends on your social media to grow your support! Since our original co-founders began this mission with a vision of inclusive employment and belonging with the area's first and ONLY nonprofit you-pick tulip field, we have grown leaps and bounds beyond the tulips—branching into hosting neurodiverse adult social events, forging corporate and local business partnerships, purchasing the land for [...]
We would like to thank everyone who came out to our Glow & GROW event with us. We absolutely love that we're able to employ neurodivergent adults at our tulip farm, but we also love providing pathways to new career experiences and social opportunities for our neurodiverse [...]
Although the beautiful but brief spring window of Tulip Season has closed, PerspectAbility’s mission for inclusion does not end once the tulip tent is tucked away. How will they spend these next few months preparing for what independent adulthood, college, careers, or the next school year brings...and still find time to relax? And how can PerspectAbility be there to support them? As we continue to GROW, we’re branching further into the community [...]
PerspectAbility has officially wrapped up our third successful tulip season, and we cannot thank our community enough for supporting us—not just in buying our tulips and taking photos at our farm, but always being a part of planting them as well. You all help us plant over 100,000 tulip bulbs each October. And when they bloom in spring, you come and visit us again to take home not only tulips, but beautiful memories and new friendships. Our organization’s theme this year is GROW, and we have done just that. We’ve hired our first Executive Director and will soon welcome a [...]
